The image/.rad/template gates are require_image/require_min_mib/require_file, and the gates an operator can only reach on the host (GPU nodes, the ttm pages cap, the run line) are now drivable: FRANK_ARCHON_DEV_KFD, FRANK_ARCHON_DEV_DRI, FRANK_ARCHON_TTM_SYSFS and FRANK_ARCHON_LOG default to the production paths. Seven new seam tests EXECUTE the serve script against fixtures (stub podman, stub nodes, stub sysfs, temp payload) and assert exit status, the refusal words and the engine argv. The old text-grep gate test is deleted: it pinned the words of the source, not the behaviour.
Server App Configs
The single repository for the two homelab servers: the Podman container stacks and the LLM inference fleet. One repo, one checkout per host, one deploy script.
2026-08-22: the former
vllmScriptsrepository (LLM fleet) is merged into this repo with its full git history. See AGENTS.md for the merge note.

Deployment

./scripts/deploy.sh <dankclaw|dankserver> after committing changes. It
plans and deploys only the changed services. Use --service NAME for an
explicit single-service retry; inference is restarted only when its own files
(or the shared chat template) changed.

The serverAppConfigs-docs/ directory is an Obsidian vault. Start at
serverAppConfigs-docs/index.md. The LLM fleet knowledge base lives at
serverAppConfigs-docs/LLM/index.md.
