Frank afdb686c7e hermes: point Signal adapter at host LAN IP (slirp alias drops at runtime) ...

The slirp host.containers.internal mapping (169.254.1.2) went down at
runtime, so the Signal adapter could not reach the signal-cli daemon.
The host LAN IP (192.168.0.143:8080) is the stable container->host path
and is reachable from the container. Switch SIGNAL_HTTP_URL to it.
