hermes: point Signal adapter at host LAN IP (slirp alias drops at runtime)

The slirp host.containers.internal mapping (169.254.1.2) went down at
runtime, so the Signal adapter could not reach the signal-cli daemon.
The host LAN IP (192.168.0.143:8080) is the stable container->host path
and is reachable from the container. Switch SIGNAL_HTTP_URL to it.
