Fleet alignment with dank/command-center (operator decision 2026-10-18).
The § Git Workflow section mandated the source-test-push loop but never stated a branch regime, so agents committed straight to main. Codifies trunk-based development: main-only long-lived branch (no develop, no release branches, no back-merges), fresh branch per work item, PRs against main with --no-ff, merges only on explicit OK from Frank, tags on main. The 7-step loop keeps its source/deploy steps (now 8).
No other file in the repo (docs vault, README, tests) mentions git-flow or a develop branch - verified by grep. tests/run.sh: ALL TESTS PASSED (384 seams).
Note: this repo never had a develop branch; nothing is removed, the regime is added.

The section mandated a source-test-push loop but never stated a branch
regime - agents pushed straight to main. Fleet alignment (operator
decision 2026-10-18, mirrors dank/command-center): main is the only
long-lived branch; branch fresh off origin/main per work item; PRs
target main with --no-ff; merge only on Frank's explicit OK; tags on
main. Their tests/run.sh suite: ALL TESTS PASSED before push.
