CIRU v4.4.1 runtime (gfx1151 HIP build + QSA window hotfix, 381/381 ninja
targets) now serves jcbtc/Qwen3.8-Flash-CIRU-STRIX-Orca w4b (79.4 GiB main +
4.1 GiB MTP + 52.4 GiB PLE + f16 mmproj, all sha256-verified) as a ROOT systemd
unit — one 262,144-token conversation (1 slot, the MTP constraint), MTP depth 4
(acceptance 0.656), 4096 MiB PLE cache, text only. The launcher's runtime-root
gate is fed from the SDK venv by the serve script. Halogen is the rollback

- **frank-medium (Dankserver :7770): ajgazin Swift UD-Q8_K_XL → orcarouter Q8_0.**

assistant sidecar + ngram-mod, q8_0 KV, 4 slots of 262144. The vLLM quadlet is

- **3090 RGB off.** The EVGA FTW3 Ultra V2's iCX3 controller (i2c-1, addr 0x2D)
was set to MODE_OFF and SAVED to EEPROM — persists across reboots with no
