Answer "what models are on Dankclaw" without guessing roots. All probes are read-only ssh (`ssh -o BatchMode=yes dankclaw '…'`).

|
|
## Roots (in order)
|
|
|
|
1. **LLM GGUF store:** `/home/dank/models/` — one dir per model, main GGUF + `mmproj-*` (multimodal projector) + `mtp-*` (speculative-decode draft) satellites. `~/.share/models` does NOT exist on Dankclaw (that's the workstations' convention).
|
|
2. **ComfyUI runtime store:** `/home/dank/comfyui-data/models/` — category dirs (`diffusion_models/`, `text_encoders/`, `vae/`, `loras/`, …). This is what the running stack actually uses.
|
|
|
|
## ComfyUI topology (the trap)
|
|
|
|
- Runtime = podman container `comfyui` (image `localhost/comfyui-rocm:gfx1151`, user unit `comfyui.service`). Mounts: `~/comfyui-data/{models,custom_nodes,input,output}` → `/opt/ComfyUI/...`.
|
|
- The host checkout `~/ComfyUI/` is NOT the runtime. Its `extra_model_paths.yaml` (base_path `/home/dank/models` + category keys) is dead config from a pre-container setup — never read by the container. Do not report those empty category dirs as "ComfyUI has no models".
|
|
|
|

## Anomaly flags
|
|
|
|
- A `.gguf` of ~1 KB = git-LFS pointer / failed download, not a model (seen: MiMo-Q8_0 stub). Report as broken, offer refetch or `.AGENTTRASH`.
|
|
- Size sanity vs Strix Halo 32 GiB unified memory: bf16 diffusion+TE pairs near 30 GiB can't co-reside with the serving LLM; int8/w4a8 quants are the working set.
