docs(noctalia): the dependency table described packages this box does not have

Three rows claimed `wlr-randr`, `qt6-multimedia` and `brightnessctl` were
dependencies. `pacman -Q` on blankpad says none is installed, and the two features
they were cited for do not come from them at all: display information comes from
`niri msg outputs` (the niri page already said so), and brightness is driven through
the kernel — `/sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl1` exists with no helper installed — so
no package is doing that work.

A dependency table is a claim about a machine, and every row of it is now measured
against `pacman -Q` on blankpad (2026-10-21). Verified against the package database:
check `pacman -Q <name>` before adding a row.

**Three rows this page used to claim are not installed**, verified with `pacman -Q` and
`command -v`: `wlr-randr` (display information is `niri msg outputs` — no package needed, and
[displays](niri/displays.md) owns that procedure), `qt6-multimedia` (audio reaches PipeWire
through noctalia's own dependency), and `brightnessctl` (`/sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl1`
exists and nothing on this box drives it — laptop brightness is a gap to close, not a feature
to document). A dependency table is a claim about the machine: check it before writing it.
