Frank b8f564f3bd fix(frank-archon): the state-dir guard names what the directory is now
The refusal message still named "the /data state dir"; /data left with the
prefix disk tier. The serve script mounts /models ro, the rad-tune cache and the
chat template only, and tests/frank_archon_unit.bats asserts no :/data mount
exists, so the line an operator reads at the moment a boot refuses pointed at a
mount that is gone.

Text only. The guard still refuses: the block was run standalone with the
variable unset and every neighbour set - it prints the new message and exits 1.
bash -n clean, ./tests/run.sh green (454 tests).

# serve-frank-archon.sh — frank-archon endpoint: radiance (StillDeadcode,
# Apache-2.0) serving the PUBLISHER's 4-bit-codebook container of the
# official Qwen/Qwen3.8-Flash-Next (the engine author's own rad-convert of
# the bf16 checkpoint: qwen3.8-next-flash-fp8-iq4r-moe.rad, fetched by
# scripts/download-frank-archon-iq4r.sh) on BOTH R9700s (TP=2, wht6 wire),
# dankserver :7770. 2026-10-15 payload swap from the in-house w4dn8 of the
# Swift1.5 finetune (payload on disk = rollback; the swap commit is the

#
# The run line below IS the engine argv: the image's entrypoint is the
# engine and its tools sit beside it on PATH. Unlike every predecessor
# there is no per-boot VRAM planner to second-guess: the boot ledger in the
# log states every budget before anything is allocated (weights vs KV
# split, the expert host pool's coverage of the worst case, the PLE pin,
# the P2P answer per pair) — read it after every resize.
# Deployed shape (2026-10-19, radiance 1.8.1): THREE decode slots x 200,000
# tokens, fp8 KV, 44 GiB/rank pinned expert pool, MTP depth 2, prefix cache in
# pinned host RAM, PLE pinned in RAM. The per-card split between the expert slab
# and the KV pool is NO LONGER an operator number — 1.3.0 removed the VRAM pair
# and the budget resolver derives it from headroom, the cache bound and the host
# pool, so the slab size and the pool's token count are LEDGER lines: after every
# boot read them out of the log and check the pool still backs 3 x 200,000.
#
# The root unit (scripts/frank-archon.service, User=dank,
# LimitMEMLOCK=infinity) grants the pin budget: 2 x 44 GiB expert pools +
# the 47.7 GiB PLE table + 8 GiB prefix host tier — ~147 GiB of pinned
# pages, which is ALSO why this script refuses to start when ttm's
# pages_limit/pages_max cap is under FRANK_ARCHON_TTM_MIN_MIB (see below).

# TTM preflight: the pinned ledger (2 x FRANK_ARCHON_HOST_POOL_MIB + the
# 47.7 GiB PLE table + the prefix host tier, ~147 GiB) rides TTM's shared
