Frank 5829a0bfe8 docs: rename docs/ -> serverAppConfigs-docs/ per system-wide PROJECTNAME-docs convention

All in-repo path references (AGENTS.md, README, old scripts, report artifacts,
test code paths) rewritten in the same commit; focused-test map extended for
.gitignore, old/scripts/*, dankclaw/comfyui/*, and report/* per this repo's
own convention ('add one before committing'). Obsidian wikilinks are
title-based and unaffected.

Prowlarr

Prowlarr is the indexer management layer for the *arr stack. It aggregates indexers (torrent and Usenet) and exposes a unified API that Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, and Readarr consume.

Configuration

Add indexers: Settings → Indexers → Add.
Test each indexer with the Test button.
Assign tags (e.g., movies, tv, music) to indexers for routing.
Add download client: Settings → Download Clients → Add qBittorrent.

Gotchas

Prowlarr database grows with indexer data. Set up periodic vacuum/backup.
Indexer sync has a 15–60 minute delay. Search results may lag.
Rotate API key: update it in every arr app.
