Frank replaced the narrator1/2/3 packs with cloned character voices. The three narrator slots are now carried by real packs:
slot
new voice
narrator1
wilwheaton
narrator2
vaati
narrator3
dr.kern
Live packs on /home/dank/voices: dr.kern, garrickhagon, jeffhays, vaati, wilwheaton. The old names 400'd, which left two consumers dangling.
Repo changes (this PR):
scripts/frank-tts.envDEFAULT_VOICE: narrator1 -> wilwheaton — a voice-less request (the omp harness's normal shape) was a live 400 on the dead name.
Frank TTS.md + Open Notebook.md: correct the /health census and the podcast-speaker references to the live packs. The dated 2026-10-18/19 measurement logs are left untouched as history.
Already applied host-side (not in this commit):
Open Notebook's live dank-duo speaker profile repointed over REST: Frank -> wilwheaton, Comrade -> vaati (verified 200 on re-read). The duo has no third speaker, so dr.kern is available-but-unassigned.
Verification:
All three new voices synthesize on the live endpoint: wilwheaton/vaati/dr.kern each 200 with distinct audio.
tests/run.sh EXIT=0. Bats fixtures keep narrator1 as a self-contained sample pack (they build their own reference.wav); untouched — they test the resolution mechanism, not the live census.
Follow-ups flagged, not done here:
OpenWebUI's stored audio.tts voice is still narrator1, but its public config shows the OpenAI TTS engine is not the active global path (browser-kokoro synthesizes in-browser), so it is dormant, not broken.
scripts/voice-packs.env + Voice Packs.md still define building narrator1/2/3 from audiobook sources — left as-is pending whether those are being rebuilt.

**Repo changes (this PR):**
- `scripts/frank-tts.env` `DEFAULT_VOICE: narrator1 -> wilwheaton` — a voice-less request (the omp harness's normal shape) was a live 400 on the dead name.
- `Frank TTS.md` + `Open Notebook.md`: correct the `/health` census and the podcast-speaker references to the live packs. The dated 2026-10-18/19 measurement logs are left untouched as history.
**Already applied host-side (not in this commit):**
