Frank	7562e41ba4	frank-primary: retire the FP8 fetch path with the vLLM 0.30 wiring ... download-frank-primary-fp8.sh + the fp8 manifest fetched the vLLM 0.30 payload that never deployed; the R9V cutover's payload is the R9V setup flow's (packages + PLE, state-gated). Frank	5829a0bfe8	docs: rename docs/ -> serverAppConfigs-docs/ per system-wide PROJECTNAME-docs convention ... All in-repo path references (AGENTS.md, README, old scripts, report artifacts, test code paths) rewritten in the same commit; focused-test map extended for .gitignore, old/scripts/*, dankclaw/comfyui/*, and report/* per this repo's own convention ('add one before committing').
