Frank 87721ab0fe rename frank-small → frank-secondary (Dankclaw llama.cpp :7771)
Cross-cutting rename of the current llama.cpp endpoint on the RTX 3090
(port 7771) from frank-small to frank-secondary:

- Service trio: scripts/{frank-small.env,frank-small.service,
  serve-frank-small.sh,download-frank-small.sh} → frank-secondary.*
- Test: tests/frank_small_unit.bats → tests/frank_secondary_unit.bats
- Runbooks: serverAppConfigs-docs/LLM/frank-small-*.md →
frank-secondary-*.md (9 files); the FreeToken runbook stays
freetoken-frank-small.md (it documents the retired CUDA-era service)
- Identifiers: FRANK_SMALL→FRANK_SECONDARY, llm_small→llm_secondary,
  LLM_SMALL_*→LLM_SECONDARY_*, deploy_llm_small→deploy_llm_secondary
- Historical references to the OLD frank-small (FreeToken/CUDA on the
3090, and the Dankserver service that became frank-medium) are
preserved verbatim — they describe what the service was called
  at the time.

Frank 2930431052 frank-small: repoint the deployer payload gate and unit seam at the Ornith-1.5-9B payload
The 17:47 Ornith-1.5-9B swap (77decb5) updated frank-small.env and
serve-frank-small.sh but left two consumers on the MiMo-Q6K paths:
deploy-remote.sh's LLM_SMALL_MODEL_FILE/LLM_SMALL_MMPROJ defaults (the
payload-existence gate checked files the unit no longer loads) and
frank_small_unit.bats (stubs + env assertion), which held the whole
bats suite red. Both now point at the Ornith-Q8 payload; docs updated
with the conditional frankbook e2e project.

Frank d4024a9180 docs: frank-medium runbook, fleet topology and client cutover
New runbook page serverAppConfigs-docs/LLM/frank-medium-rocmfpx.md records
the hardware swap, the self-contained gfx1201 build, the measured layer-vs-
tensor decision (llama-bench multi-device syntax gotcha included), the
tensor-mode draft abort, served-path numbers, and the post-cleanup host ROCm
posture. AGENTS.md, README, docs indexes, Dankserver System Specs,
deployment/Hermes/OpenWebUI/Plex/Stack pages follow the rename;
freetoken-frank-small is marked RETIRED and kingjones-q8agent SUPERSEDED.
Work log entry added.

Frank 8212d4451a docs: rename frank-default-large/small/sightsound to frank-large/small/npu across vault
Mechanical identity rename across the knowledge base, AGENTS.md, README, the
hermes config example, and homepage services.json. No behavior change; served
aliases on the LLM endpoints change with the deploy of commit 69f87c8.

Frank 2e179b024d docs(hermes): document namespace addressability and fix stale claims
New page Architecture/Container Network Namespaces.md: which local services are
addressable from which Podman network namespace on Dankclaw (rootless podman +
netavark). Verified live 2026-09-02: gateway/webui/CDP run in the host netns and
dial loopback; hermes-dashboard is the only Hermes container on a bridge network
(dankclaw_default, 10.89.1.0/24 gw 10.89.1.1) and can dial published ports only —
unpublished host-netns listeners (signal-cli :8080, webui :8787) are refused from
that namespace even though both bind 0.0.0.0.

Corrected while verifying the above:
- Hermes.md: data root is /home/dank/Containers/hermes/data (not the retired
/home/dank/hermes-data); gateway dials the Signal daemon on loopback; the
daemon itself is a host user unit (signal-cli-daemon.service) bound to
0.0.0.0:8080, so the Signal HTTP API is LAN-reachable.
- Hermes-Dashboard.md: it is a Quadlet unit (Network=dankclaw_default), not a
compose service; data root + /opt/data anonymous volume corrected.
- Hermes-WebUI.md: binds 0.0.0.0:8787 in the host netns (verified: unauthenticated
GET /health from another LAN machine returned 200) — the SSH tunnel is an access
path, not a containment boundary; HealthCmd and data-path corrections.
- Network Architecture.md: no hermes vhost exists in either the tracked or the live
Caddyfile (hermes.franksdank.cloud resolves but routes nowhere); SearXNG exits the
tunnel via the shared named network searxng.network, not service:gluetun.

Docs only — deploy is a no-op for this change.

Frank 272ef6f0b0 docs: record quadlet standardization of dankserver media + dankclaw data roots
Phase 1/2 of the podman standardization plan: service pages updated to the
quadlet reality (units, Containers data roots, env-file secret convention,
the v1-generator findings each caught live), Storage Policy documents the
two rootless ownership regimes and the merge-move migration, Deployment
Flow's service-manager table no longer claims dankserver media is bare
inventory-only. Bundle change log entry added.

Frank ee1e038f30 docs: authentik/anubis/network corrected to live-verified outpost behavior
Meta-header routing and forward_auth removed from the described design — both
disproved live. Documents: Host-based provider routing with per-guarded-host
proxy providers (lockstep rule), the null-flows wedge that starves the
embedded outpost config fetch, the Anubis /outpost.goauthentik.io/* transport
exemption, the single-file bind-mount stale-policy inode gotcha, Invalid next
URL as a dead design, and the public-DNS record requirement per guarded host.

Frank cf2fe4435c docs: topology diagram as-it-stands — two-tier chain Caddy-TLS, Anubis verify, internal listener 8016
Replaces the pre-Anubis direct-routing diagram with the live chain:
Caddy TLS -> Anubis :8923 verify -> accepted traffic back to Caddy's
internal listener :8016, where per-vhost routing resumes and Authentik's
embedded outpost gates wrapped apps via forward_auth. Guarded set
(homepage, search, hermes, prometheus, romm, files) and the
exempt-by-construction set (auth, plex, gitea git paths, grafana) are
listed explicitly. Access Policy bullet updated: basic auth was replaced
by the challenge-then-forward_auth layering.

Frank 5829a0bfe8 docs: rename docs/ -> serverAppConfigs-docs/ per system-wide PROJECTNAME-docs convention
All in-repo path references (AGENTS.md, README, old scripts, report artifacts,
test code paths) rewritten in the same commit; focused-test map extended for
.gitignore, old/scripts/*, dankclaw/comfyui/*, and report/* per this repo's
own convention ('add one before committing'). Obsidian wikilinks are
title-based and unaffected.
