From d2e059262fca163b239f854c4f3f35a105e6eba6 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Comrade Chief Designer Date: Wed, 30 Sep 2026 16:27:24 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] frank-primary: patch 05 is not part of the confirmed blocker Clarifies scope in the artifact header: torch.compiler.disable is itself a graph break, so 05 helps only a hypothetical fullgraph=True route (where the workspace acquisition would be better restructured out of the forward than made opaque). It is kept because the discovery is real and the wrapper is a no-op when nothing is compiling, but it is not required for the break-tolerant route whose only confirmed blocker is the dynamo name-map KeyError. Also verified in this pass: glm53-dflash-01-aux-hidden-states.patch applies cleanly to the pinned image and reproduces its recorded patched sha256 (4ff6ff8d...), so all six artifacts in scripts/patches are now apply-verified. --- .../glm53-compile-05-workspace-acquisition-opaque.patch | 9 +++++++-- 1 file changed, 7 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/scripts/patches/glm53-compile-05-workspace-acquisition-opaque.patch b/scripts/patches/glm53-compile-05-workspace-acquisition-opaque.patch index 8a2e7fb..0e79baf 100644 --- a/scripts/patches/glm53-compile-05-workspace-acquisition-opaque.patch +++ b/scripts/patches/glm53-compile-05-workspace-acquisition-opaque.patch @@ -1,8 +1,13 @@ # glm53-compile-05-workspace-acquisition-opaque.patch — the indexer's workspace # acquisition must not be traced. # -# STATUS: WIP — fifth of the "compile the GLM trunk" changelist.
