docs(media): clear the two OKF violations the last push shipped
The seam ran through `grep -c`, which returned success on a non-zero count and let a red suite through: description over the 120-char cap, and a timestamp that check-okf reads against the local date, so a UTC stamp a day ahead of Seattle is 'in the future'. index.md regenerated for the new description. docs_completeness 6/6, exit status checked this time.
