ComfyUI: persist models/data under /home/dank/comfyui-data

/opt is root-owned and not writable by the run user. Point the model/input/
output/custom_nodes mounts at a dank-owned path so the container can write
them without sudo. The tests do not assert volume paths, so this is a no-op
for the suite.
