tautulli: restore ContainerName=tautulli (line churn ate it)

Without ContainerName= the v1 generator names the container systemd-tautulli; the fleet references containers by their plain names (podman inspect/exec, deployer health checks). Container was healthy but renamed — caught by post-cutover verification, not by the seam; the seam only asserts file keys, so pin the name here and keep plex/tautulli structures parallel.
