homepage: add the Hermes dashboard (agent management UI) card

The hermesadmin.franksdank.cloud dashboard (9119 — config, API keys,
sessions) is a distinct admin surface from the web UI client. Add it as a
third AI-section card; probe 9119 (302 login redirect counts as up, verified
on Dankclaw).
