Subject: [PATCH] docs index: link frank-large flash-server v2 page

The writer's 31b1ec3 added LLM/frank-large-flash-server-v2-swift15.md
but did not wiki-link it from index.md, which failed the docs-index
seam (test 135). Add the link as the new ACTIVE frank-large runbook
(supersedes halogen 0.1.4).
