Add arr stack to homepage admin section — sonarr on user side

Six arr services added:
- Sonarr → user section (after Seerr)
- Prowlarr, Radarr, Readarr, Lidarr, qBittorrent → admin section

All with hostname URLs (via Caddy vhosts) and probe ports on dankserver.
