Frank 8fb357b483 docs: attribution footer for machine-opened issues and PRs ...

Every agent-opened issue/PR body ends with cwd + omp session id so machine
filed artifacts trace back to the box and session that produced them - the
live-sync daemon and filing agents make 'who/what wrote this' a real
question now. Mirrored in dank/serverAppConfigs by its own PR.
