Configured dual AMD R9700 GPUs on dankserver for ROCmFPX llama.cpp. Discovered RCCL fails on chipset-attached PCIe slot (broadcast/allreduce/send/recv all fail), killing both TP and PP. Solution: $30 M.2→PCIe x4 riser to move card #2 to CPU-attached M.2_2 slot. Documented in serverAppConfigs-docs/LLM/Dual-R9700-Cooperation.md (commit cc29875). Host went down during probing; needs power cycle.
