Standardize Git and Dotfile operations within the OMP harness.
- Git: `git stash` before `git checkout` to clear dirty `agent/memories/` files.
- Deploy: Run `~/.omp/scripts/deploy.sh` with `--check`, `--adopt`, or `sync`.
- Secrets: `GITEA_TOKEN` lives in `~/.config/environment.d/secrets.env` (0600).
- Branches: Work on feature/PR branches, push to `origin/main` when ready.
