Handles stow-style dotfile deployment via `~/.omp/scripts/deploy.sh`. Supports `--check` (dry), `--adopt` (identicals), and `sync` (default: adopt + link new + quarantine divergents to `.quarantine/<host>/<ts>/<path>`). Arms `core.hooksPath` on deploy. Host overrides use `zz-<hostname>` convention.
