Add DeepSeek's hosted API to agent/models.yml as a provider and register the
model deepseek-flash.
Provider label is the bare deepseek (not the house <api> (<host>) shape): pi-catalog/src/hosts.ts keys the direct-DeepSeek behaviour set off that exact
name and off api.deepseek.com, so a prettier label loses the quirks the
endpoint needs (max_tokens field, thinking extraBody, thinking-disable mode).
The key lives in ~/.config/secrets/deepseek_api_key (600) and is referenced
command-backed (apiKey: "!cat …"), so no sk-… enters the tracked tree.
Row declares the card's pair: contextWindow: 1048576, maxTokens: 262144, input: [text, image], and the October 2026 peak rate card in cost.
Docs: new page omp-docs/core/deepseek-provider.md, listed in omp-docs/core/index.md, logged in omp-docs/log.md.
Verification: kb-lint 0 violations, bats tests/ 137/137, scratch-HOME omp models shows deepseek (4) with the new row and zero validation failures,
and a live omp --model 'deepseek/deepseek-flash:off' -p … answers OK (2.6 s),
with a poisoned-port control that hangs instead.
