Retroactive issue (work already committed on the branch; opened so the arc is tracked per the trunk law).
Every provider in agent/models.yml is a LAN address, so a workstation that leaves the house has no model at all. Add a WAN provider: the already-public ai.franksdank.cloud OpenWebUI vhost, which speaks OpenAI-compatible HTTP at /api/v1 and proxies the same engines.
Scope:
one additive provider block, openwebui (franksdank.cloud), with frank-dragoon and frank-zealot rows and the WAN frank-zealot as its own compaction target;
credential as a command-backed !cmd value reading ~/.config/secrets/openwebui_api_key (600) — never inline;
KB page omp-docs/core/wan-model-access.md + index entry + work-log entry.
Out of scope (needs a fleet change on Dankclaw, not a harness change): publishing frank-archon in OpenWebUI's picker so it has a WAN path, and making cloned TTS voice names survive OpenWebUI's /api/v1/audio/speech voice-enum substitution.
LAN rows, modelRoles and the speech runner stay untouched.
