dotfiles: recolor noctalia theme yellow to red

Adds custom palette "Gruber Red" (live at ~/.config/noctalia/palettes/Gruber Red.json, symlinked into this repo's noctalia package). Derived from community "Gruber Darker" with jq: dark mPrimary/terminal yellow/terminal foreground -> #f43841 (bright yellow -> #ff4f58), light-mode yellows -> the light error reds. Custom source, so the community-palette md5 sync cannot revert it. gtk-3/gtk-4 noctalia.css are regenerated artifacts of templates-apply (accent_* now red) committed so every host renders the same recolor.
