chore(memory): flush runtime memory updates for .omp and serverAppConfigs roots
MEMORY.md/learned.md/memory_summary.md/raw_memories.md churn from live sessions (DIFR deadlock diagnosis, model-swap ops, outpost verification etc.); new memory root --home-dank-.omp-agent-- started with learned.md.

- Niri keybinding rules: (1) One action per keybind — { move-window-up; consume-or-expel-window-up; } with two actions is rejected. (2) No duplicate keys — same key combo (e.g. Mod+CTRL+Left) can only appear once in binds{}. (3) Valid consume/expel actions: consume-or-expel-window-left, consume-or-expel-window-right, expel-window-from-column. The consume-or-expel-window-up/down variants DO NOT exist. To add consume/expel to existing bindings, replace (not add alongside) the original bindings.

- Sending SIGHUP to niri (kill -s SIGHUP $(pgrep -f 'niri --session')) causes a full session logout/restart, not a live config reload. Use niri msg action load-config-file for live reload without disruption. Niri reads ~/.config/niri/config.kdl (split config in ~/.config/niri/cfg/). Config version 26.04.

- Sending SIGHUP to niri (kill -s SIGHUP $(pgrep -f 'niri --session')) causes a full session logout/restart, not a live config reload. Use niri --replace for in-place restart, or let the user reload manually. Config lives at ~/.config/niri/config.kdl with split files in ~/.config/niri/cfg/.
