docs: purge the retired workstation from auto-learned memory and the backup snapshot

Finishes the purge. These two surfaces were left out of the earlier commit
because the memory store is auto-generated, but both are read back into every
future session, so the name was still reaching the agent.

58 sites across 16 files: hostname, both LAN addresses, the SSID. Special-cased
the compound names a blind token swap breaks ('dank@the workstation/dankclaw',
'on the workstation/Dankclaw/Dankserver') and reworded the four that came out
ungrammatical. Facts kept: the hardware inventory of the box, the noctalia
architecture history, and today's own purge lessons all survive intact — only
the identifiers are gone.

Non-memory: the tracked .pre-pull-backup snapshot of a managed skill, whose
live counterpart was already clean.

The standard 'bench stop-and-mask' protocol. A session that benches owes the fleet a health 200 before it ends. Safe order: 1. Confirm GPUs idle. 2. systemctl start. 3. Health 200. 4. Verify geometry (/proc/MainPID/cmdline). 5. Behavioral proof (completion).

Workflow for switching a model on a host: 1. Read HF model card (runtime pin, constraints). 2. Check host for existing files. 3. Verify artifact integrity (size + sha256sum). 4. Deploy via git flow (commit -> push -> deploy.sh). 5. Live verification + port-holder health-check trap.

Retrieving logs for a rootless Quadlet container.
Specific considerations:
1. Use `podman logs <container>` for standard output.
2. Use `journalctl --user -u <unit_name>` for systemd-integrated logs.
3. Filter specifically for dmalloc/kv pool events to monitor memory state.
4. Note that rootless quadlet log retrieval has specific gotchas regarding standard output capturing in nested namespaces.
Specific log retrieval for rootless podman units: 1. podman logs <unit> for full output. 2. podman logs <unit> 2>&1 | grep -E '^(dmalloc|kv pool):' for filtered metrics. 3. journalctl --user -u <unit> for systemd integration.
