docs: purge the retired workstation from auto-learned memory and the backup snapshot

Finishes the purge. These two surfaces were left out of the earlier commit
because the memory store is auto-generated, but both are read back into every
future session, so the name was still reaching the agent.

58 sites across 16 files: hostname, both LAN addresses, the SSID. Special-cased
the compound names a blind token swap breaks ('dank@the workstation/dankclaw',
'on the workstation/Dankclaw/Dankserver') and reworded the four that came out
ungrammatical. Facts kept: the hardware inventory of the box, the noctalia
architecture history, and today's own purge lessons all survive intact — only
the identifiers are gone.

Non-memory: the tracked .pre-pull-backup snapshot of a managed skill, whose
live counterpart was already clean.

frank-medium (192.168.0.235:7770) found stopped after an incomplete bench protocol run: the final `systemctl stop` at 04:25:59 was never followed by unmask+start+health-verify. Restored safely (GPU idle check → start → health 200 → /proc/MainPID/cmdline geometry verify → behavioral completion). Durable lesson: the restore half of the bench protocol is not optional; a session that benches owes the fleet a health 200 before it ends. Consider making the bench harness self-restoring via trap EXIT.

frank-medium outage on 2026-09-18 (second of the day) caused by an orphaned merge-build llama-server (PID 2519965, PPID 1, bound 127.0.0.1:17770) holding 15.5+17.1 GiB across both R9700s after a successful load test that was never cleaned up. Unit was in clean-stopped state (inactive/enabled/unmasked/NRestarts=0). Diagnosed via rocm-smi showing busy GPUs despite inactive unit; proved abandonment via frozen /proc/pid/stat, zero established conns, loopback-only bind, 3h stale log. Fixed by killing stray and restarting frank-medium (503→200 in ~20s). Logged as commit cfabe07.

Doubled CACHE_RAM 8192→16384 MiB for frank-medium (llama.cpp, Qwen3.8-27B hybrid DeltaNet on 2x R9700). The old cap refused real states (137 refusals in 2 days, up to 11.4 GiB) because a full slot state is ~12.8 GiB at 196608 ctx (68 KiB/token from 16 full-attn layers + MTP draft KV). With --ctx-checkpoints 0, a refused state means full re-prefill next turn — the RAM cache is the only cross-slot state carrier for hybrid DeltaNet models.

Two topics: (1) vllm-radiance TP=2 is impossible on Dankserver's 2x R9700 (gfx1201) because the chipset lacks PCIe atomics (Gen4 x1, AtomicOps Routing-), which RCCL collectives require; the workaround was two single-GPU replicas behind a round-robin proxy, later replaced by llama.cpp DFlash2. (2) Updated stale comments in ~/.omp/agent/models.yml after MTP→DFlash2 drafter swap: model is now Qwen3.8-27B-Uncensored-FP8 (30.9GB/7 shards), accept 4.24/7, KV pool shrank from 943,581 to 384,238 tokens (3.59→1.47 concurrent) due to DFlash2's 2.1GiB drafter cost.

The Qwen-Sharp chat template is archived at scripts/.AGENTTRASH/chat-template.jinja.ik-llama-qwen-sharp. Applying it to frank-medium requires pointing CHAT_TEMPLATE to that file (or a copy in a stable location). Established foundational engineering laws for the Frank fleet: -ot (tensor overrides) follows first-match-wins logic; -ot exps=CPU reduces PCIe overhead; spec-decoding limits (one context-backed drafter + multiple ngrams); ubatch optimum is 512; and GGUF extents must be derived from header offsets to avoid 'gap' buckets.
